Hi, I'm new. I'm going training tomorrow. I'll be running 2 miles along a lovely canal. When you run on the path next to the canal and the wind blows in your face, it's hard. But when the wind is on your back, it's like somebody's pushing you. It helps.

We needed another BAM for the blog! Welcome!

You're saying that now, but if my sister joins, boy will you change your mind, baby-girl!

But luckily... dad will not let her. He says she's too young.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome. I hope that one day I'll be able to run like you:)

Get to bed now, 'baby girl!'

Welcome to the Blog! Enjoy your run along the lovely canal. Braving the elements is all part of running and training. Here in Utah I ran in 2-3 feet of snow today (1 meter). Fun!

Thanks for the welcome, Kendall. In fact, thanks to everybody for the welcome. You all seem really nice.

You are definitely onto something with that wind observation. I like to run 10 miles or so with the wind and then have someone come pick me up!
